Are you a change management expert with a drive for results and strong coaching skills?


We are looking for a Leads and Sales performance manager to join drive business growth through the development of a strong, collaborative working process between Sales, Marketing and the Dealer network of Toyota and Lexus.

The goal of the Leads and Sales Performance Manager is to implement a strong strategic and operational follow up of commercial opportunities - coming from digital channels or other lead generation actions - with Toyota/Lexus dealerships, and in that way, drive the business towards a higher conversion to orders. 

In this newly created role, you will have a significant impact on dealer network efficiency and the overall business.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in change management, coaching skills, and the ability to convince others of a new way of working. You should also have analytical skills and the ability to spot issues and opportunities in a given situation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assess the global current situation, spot potential challenges and improvement areas;
  • Follow up KPI's regarding lead conversion towards orders;
  • Monitor lead performance and sales at dealerships, detect performance drops, understand the causes and report on it towards stakeholders;
  • Define customer target groups to be proactively approached;
  • Manage lead activation programs to increase the lead funnel and the customer opportunities;
  • Act as a change manager towards the Toyota/Lexus dealerships in order to lead them towards a new - more digital - way of working with conversion of digital leads to sales;
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
  • Report to the Head of Customer Loyalty.



  • Bachelor degree or equal via experience
  • Proven experience in change management and coaching people towards new ways of working
  • Experience in the Retail or automotive sector is an asset
  • Commercial flair and drive
  • Ability to convince others
  • Analytical skills, ability to spot issues and opportunities in a given situation
  • Team player
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
