Sales Advisor

About the Job:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in our showroom, where sales goes beyond vehicles. This dynamic professional is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financing and insurance, and managing leads. With a passion for sales, the Sales Advisor guides customers through the purchase process, advises on finance options, and promotes accessories.

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

• You follow up the leads closely
• You inform and advise (potential) customers in a correct way, both by telephone, e-mail and in person.
• You ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• You closely monitor interested parties
• You act as a 'Brand Ambassador' both in the showroom, during events and via social media
• You refer potentially interested customers to the online sales platform and then follow up closely.
• You ensure that the showroom is always in order, that the vehicles look neat and are provided with the necessary information
• You ensure that the correct information is always available on the online sales platform.
• You carry out the necessary administrative tasks related to the sales process.
• You take care of the delivery of the vehicles to the customers if this would be necessary
   

Your Profile:

• You have a strong interest in the automotive sector.
• You are a go-getter, have a strong focus on results and have the will to succeed.
• You detect opportunities and take action.
• You have excellent communication skills, you put the customer first and you stand for a personalized approach.
• You have demonstrably successful sales experience, automotive experience is a plus.
• You have a well-groomed appearance.
• You have a hands-on mentality and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• You are stress resistant and know how to set priorities.
• You are fluent in French and can also express yourself in Dutch and English
