Toyota City Zaventem is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in leading the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving the achievement of ambitious commercial targets.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team (Toyota & Lexus Sales Advisors, Fleet Sales, Product Experts).
• Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual sales targets and drive team performance.
• Oversee and validate sales administration files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure an attractive and well-organized showroom and manage stock efficiently.
• Be actively present on the showroom floor and support the team where needed.
• Plan sales activities and coordinate holidays to ensure optimal team coverage.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and contribute to the development of team members.
• Report to the Site Manager and progressively take independent decisions.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

• Experienced in automotive sales and/or team management.
• Hands-on, stress-resistant, and strongly result-oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• A strong communicator with excellent coaching skills.
• Mature, responsible, and capable of guiding a team effectively.
• Willing to be actively present and involved in the showroom.
