Service Supervisor

Our BYD After Sales team is looking for a Service Supervisor to take the lead in coordinating the full service and customer journey across our Brussels site. In this role, you will ensure smooth workshop operations, timely service delivery, and a seamless customer experience within a fast growing, multinational environment.

What you’ll do

• First point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online requests
• Responsible for efficient workshop planning and coordination with the warehouse and workshop
• Preparation of work orders and verification of customer and vehicle information
• Quality control of completed work and ensuring accurate invoicing
• Management of replacement vehicles, including documentation and inspection upon return
• Delivery of vehicles after service, including providing technical feedback to customers
• Archiving of invoices and internal documents, as well as processing payments
• Follow-up of warranty files and claims
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and keeping customer and vehicle data up to date

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Experience working in a similar technical or service oriented environment.
• Ability to plan and coordinate workshop schedules, manage priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
• Skilled in collaborating with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Effective communication in Dutch and French, with working knowledge of English.
• Able to analyse issues, identify practical solutions, and follow up until completion.
• Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work and a positive customer experience.
