Our Toyota City Zaventem team is looking for a Showroom Host. In this role, you are the first face customers see when they enter our showroom and responsible for the warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their entire experience. You ensure impeccable customer guidance and support the site with a variety of administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

To be successfun in this role you will be:

• Brings strong customer‑facing skills and a warm, professional presence strong customer‑facing skills
• Communicates confidently in Dutch, French and English 
• Experience with administrative tasks, including PO creation, invoicing and supplier contact, is considered a strong plus.
• Maintains an organised, welcoming showroom environment organised showroom
• Manages multiple tasks smoothly, from event support to key handovers and test‑drive coordination multitasking ability
