As our Talent Acquisition Lead you will take up the following responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process from A to Z for all departments together with the hiring manager, HR BP and other relevant stakeholders;
- Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges;
- Plan and execute diversity & inclusion activities related to Talent Attraction & Acquisition, including young graduate programs;
- Proactive pool management for strategic profiles;
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities;
- Develop metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools/channels;
- Manage change and ensure integration of all talent acquisition processes with SuccessFactors;
- Manages Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice process;
- Lead on ensuring GDPR and corporate compliance.
Profile
- Master of Bachelor in Human resources or similar relevant field or equivalent with experience
- 5-7 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods & interpretating of psychometric testings
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media (LinkedIn,…)
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English - strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation, customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
