Our Operations Support team is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to strengthen our Toyota and Lexus dealer network across Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for diagnosing technical issues, guiding technicians, and ensuring our dealers receive the highest level of support. You’ll collaborate closely with Toyota Motor Europe (TME), Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), and internal teams to build a strong technical knowledge base within the network.
What you’ll do:
- Provide high‑quality technical assistance to Toyota and Lexus dealers, as well as internal departments.
- Respond to technical questions by phone or email within agreed timelines.
- Analyze complex issues, support technicians in their diagnostic process, and guide them toward effective solutions.
- Document and follow up on cases to enable proactive and structured support.
- Prepare and participate in technical meetings and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Support CRC, Warranty, and workshop teams with technical expertise.
- Evaluate accessories from a technical perspective, including installation, functionality, and instructions.
- Assist with diagnostic equipment and related software, ensuring dealers can work efficiently.
- Report detailed technical issues to TME/TMC and coordinate tests with modified components.
- Manage the collection and shipment of defective parts for factory analysis.
- Coordinate Go & Study activities with customers, dealers, and technicians.
- Provide input to the training team based on field experience and contribute to targeted technical training sessions.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Educated with a bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Strongly knowledgeable in vehicle technology and eager to continuously update your expertise.
- Analytical, precise, and solution‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
