We are looking for a eLEARNING CONTENT DEVELOPER to design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning content and digital learning assets that support capability building and organisational development across a global business. The role focuses on creating engaging, interactive, and accessible learning experiences—leveraging authoring tools such as Vyond and Articulate 360—to enable scalable, self-paced, and blended learning solutions
What you'll do
- eLearning Content Development: Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and learning journeys using authoring tools (e.g., Vyond, Articulate 360), aligned to defined learning outcomes.
- Learning Experience & User-Centred Design: Ensure all learning content delivers a consistent, intuitive, and engaging learner experience across platforms and devices.
- Digital Design & Prototyping: Translate learning briefs and business requirements into structured storyboards, scripts, and production-ready learning assets, simplifying complex concepts into clear and engaging formats.
- Multimedia Production: Create and integrate multimedia elements including animations, voiceovers, graphics, and interactive components to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure all eLearning content meets accessibility standards and complies with data protection, legal, and ethical requirements.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Work closely with subject matter experts, capability teams, and business stakeholders to co-create relevant, practical learning solutions.
- Project Delivery: Support the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of eLearning projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes are met.
About you
Core Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in eLearning content development, designing and delivering interactive learning solutions (e.g., modules, videos, microlearning).
- Proven experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and/or Vyond for end-to-end content creation.
- Experience working in corporate or enterprise learning environments.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Strong multimedia development capability (video, animation, interactive assets).
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to develop storyboards, scripts, and learning journeys from business briefs.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI publishing standards.
Professional Capabilities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on user experience and learning impact.
- Commitment to inclusive and accessible learning design.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting global or multi-market learning programmes.

- Basic graphic design or UX/UI capability.
