We are looking for new colleague to join our Distribution as our new Logistics and Sales Support Specialist!

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Ensure accurate, precise and up to date vehicle data input and visibility in SAP VMS for brands distributed.
  • Follow up on vehicle actual pipeline statuses and execute respective updates to SAP VMS within the production cycle as well as during delivery to Distribution compounds.
  • Execute required vehicle procurement actions in SAP VMS – upload of necessary information and documentation.
  • Provide vehicle arrival information to Sales Support Specialists of Finland and Baltics for following communication with Retail.
  • Ensure monthly report submission.
  • Provide backorder list maintenance and factory order submission to OEM system.

 

WE EXPECT OUR CANDIDATES TO HAVE:

  • At least 2 years of similar previous experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience of working with this system on daily basis.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good English language skills for coperation with international colleagues and partners.
  • Ability to organize own work, meet deadlines and solve issues.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
