As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee for our Used Car site in Woluwe, you will be at the heart of our vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth and efficient administration. You will work closely with various teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Your role:
- Register vehicles, issue invoices on the day of delivery, and process proof of payment
- Manage financing and maintenance contracts
- Prepare all delivery documents and assemble welcome packages
- Maintain accurate administration and proper filing of all delivery files
- Coordinate transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries
- Schedule handover appointments and ensure proper follow-up on used car files
Your profile:
- Experience in an administrative role with customer interaction
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with Incadea is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Organized, accurate, and flexible under changing circumstances
- Energetic, solution-focused, and proactive
