BYD BRAND MANAGER

BRAND MANAGER's role involves all processes in the product and marketing strategy development and implementation, following OEM guidelines. As part of our team, you can experience working for the fastest-growing New Energy Vehicle manufacturer BYD and Build Your Dreams with us.

GET READY TO

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the business’s overall goals.
• Plan and forecast products, including specifications, pricing, and positioning.
• Establish a competitive product pricing strategy, monitor the market, and generate reports.
• Lead brand communication and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the dealer network.
• Ensure brand consistency through cross-functional coordination.
• Provide full support to the dealer network with product information and training.
• Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets successfully.
• Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

WE EXPECT YOU TO

• Have a minimum of 4 years of product management experience in a multinational company.
• Hold a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the business.
• Understand associated risks and implications, demonstrating sound judgment and confidence in decision-making.
• Balance strong individuality with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Be passionate about cars and cutting-edge technology.
• Think creatively and solve problems with an innovative approach.
• Excel at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Deliver pre-set KPIs with minimal supervision.
• Be action-oriented with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Stay open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Have excellent written and spoken English skills.

REMUNERATION

4500-5500 €/month gross
