PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Oversee local purchases of goods & services

• • interact with internal stakeholders in identifying business needs – ensuring early procurement involvement
  • review spend in scope, provide updates about procurement related progress and solutions to help company better manage costs on supplies and vendor services
  • work within a given budget to purchase goods and services for a company: compare prices amongst various vendors to make sound purchasing decisions / place bids to obtain the business of new vendors
  • ensure that the purchasing process is conducted in line with a company’s procedures and standards
  • deliver annual savings plan
  • maintain the relevant procurement documentation
  • monitor business compliance with relevant controls

Contracting and contract management

• • negotiate contract renewals and new contracts
  • ensure the right provisions of contracts in line with a company’s procedures and standards
  • monitor contract terms & expiration dates

Suppliers’ management

• • evaluate the performance of certain vendors in line with a company’s procedures and standards to decide whether to continue cooperation with them

Admin procurement system Coupa (Procure to Pay)

• • support in Coupa supplier enablement and training process
  • support in Coupa employee onboarding and training
  • liaise between business and GBS (Global business services)
  • be responsible for ongoing care and maintenance of the P2P Platform in cooperation with the Global COUPA & GBS Team
  • act as central point to drive operational transformation and performance improvement

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• University degree in business administration, finance or other
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• Stakeholder management
• Able to influence a change, self-driven
• Strong English skills - both written and verbal
• Experience working with procurement and P2P system
• General MS Office skills

REMUNERATION

4000-4500 €/month gross

Other additional benefits in compliance with the approved policy on additional benefits (health insurance, etc.)
