As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. With a strong focus on **BYD**, you will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.
Your Role:
- Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment.
- Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages.
- Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files.
- Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries.
- Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files for both new and used cars.
Your experience
- Experience in an administrative role with customer contacts.
- Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Incadea) is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Excellent communication skills
- A true team player who thrives in collaboration and communicates effectively.
- Organized and precise while remaining flexible when needed.
- Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
