As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. With a strong focus on **BYD**, you will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.

 

Your Role: 

  • Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment.
  • Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages.
  • Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files.
  • Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries.
  • Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files for both new and used cars.

 

Your experience

  • Experience in an administrative role with customer contacts.
  • Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Incadea) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A true team player who thrives in collaboration and communicates effectively.
  • Organized and precise while remaining flexible when needed.
  • Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
