As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring seamless administration and coordination to provide our customers with the best experience. 

Your Role:
Your responsibilities include:

• Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment.
• Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages.
• Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files.
• Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries.
• Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files for both new and used cars.

    
Your Profile:

• Experience in an administrative role with customer interaction.
• Proficient in Office applications (Excel, Word), and knowledge of systems such as Navision or Incadea is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, ensuring smooth communication with everyone.
• A true team player who thrives in collaboration and communicates effectively.
• Organized and precise while remaining flexible when needed.
• Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
