Our Toyota City Zaventem team is looking for a Sales Advisor New Cars to support the sales of new Toyota and Lexus vehicles. In this role, you will guide customers throughout their buying journey, actively manage leads, and ensure a seamless and professional sales experience.

What you’ll do

  • Drive showroom sales for both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Actively prospect and develop new fleet clients while ensuring close follow‑up of all B2B and B2C leads.
  • Handle daily leads in line with brand standards and deliver strong performance on mystery leads, emails, calls, visits, and test drives.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by informing, advising, and following up professionally, building long‑term trust and satisfaction.
  • Act as a Toyota Brand Ambassador in the showroom, during events, and on social media, with a polished appearance and courteous behaviour.
  • Apply Toyota’s Omotenashi principles to create a warm, personalised customer experience.
  • Ensure flawless test drives and a smooth, high‑quality delivery process for customers.
  • Upsell additional products and services such as financing, insurance, and accessories.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in line with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to high customer recommendation and online reputation scores by consistently delivering top‑tier service.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build a career in sales.
  • Results‑driven and proactive, motivated to seize every sales opportunity.
  • Experienced in a customer‑facing role where customer satisfaction was the top priority.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
