Our Toyota/Lexus Aftersales team is seeking a Technician to join our team in Zaventem. In this position you’ll play a central role in ensuring that every vehicle leaving our workshop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. You’ll work with advanced Toyota and Lexus technologies, solve complex technical challenges, and support both colleagues and customers with your expertise.

What you’ll do

• Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm work meets manufacturer expectations.
• Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.
• Follow manufacturer standards, repair guides, and quality procedures at all times.
• Assist in preparing precise repair estimates when needed.
• Ensure the workshop is equipped with the right tools and materials to deliver seamless service.
• Share your knowledge with other technicians and help elevate the team’s technical capabilities.
• Provide clear technical explanations to customers when required.

About you

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A secondary technical education (automotive mechanics, electronics, or similar).
• Experience in the automotive sector, ideally with a specialization in diagnostics.
• A strong focus on service quality, accuracy, and structured work.
• A team oriented mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and grow together.
