What You’ll Lead Next

The Parts Planning & Distribution Manager is responsible for managing inventory planning, forecasting, and distribution of spare parts to ensure optimal availability across the dealer network and service centers. This role ensures a balance between customer satisfaction, inventory efficiency, and cost control, while driving continuous improvement in the parts supply chain.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in parts planning, and distribution, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize inventory levels, fill rates, and distribution efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation
• Experienced in spare parts planning, inventory management, or distribution within the automotive industry.
