Our Finance department is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team in Athens. In this position you will empower a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving
performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on our strategy.
What you will do
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment across departments and consolidating all budget inputs into a cohesive financial plan.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial forecasts and long‑range planning models to support strategic decision‑making.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, producing insightful variance analysis and identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packages (dashboards, KPIs, commentary) for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to support business planning, resource allocation, and financial discipline.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business initiatives, pricing changes, market developments, or operational shifts.
- Develop and maintain profitability analyses (by product, customer, region, or channel) to guide strategic priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, leveraging systems and tools to increase efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all planning models, reports, and financial systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, promoting strong analytical capabilities and a culture of collaboration and accountability
About you
To be successful in this role you would need:
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to senior leadership in a clear and structured manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is advantageous.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
