We are seeking a Vehicle Sales Administration Specialist to join our Logistcs team in Athens, Greece. 

What You'll Do:

• Own and oversee the vehicle registration documentation process, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and timely completion

• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality, process alignment, and effective cost control, including accurate ERP updates

• Manage the issuance of equipment certificates for imported used vehicles, ensuring full adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks

• Administer the end-to-end process for LCV tax-exempt sales, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements

• Support broader sales administration activities, including invoicing, sales order processing, and reporting

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and standardization across workflows

About you

• Proven experience in sales administration, operations, or similar roles, ideally within the automotive, logistics, or a related industry

• Strong digital proficiency, with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; experience with SAP ERP systems is considered a strong asset

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
