Our Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking an Assistant Officer, Demand & Supply Planning to join our team in Hong Kong.  To provide comprehensive operational support in demand forecasting and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels for vehicle sales. This role serves as an administrative and coordination link between Sales, Marketing, and global OEM partners, supporting business growth across Greater China. The incumbent will focus on maintaining operational visibility through accurate daily sales tracking and the execution of logistics coordination tasks.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly rolling forecast models by consolidating historical sales data and market trends.

• Support the preparation of production plans and handle the administrative processing of Purchase Orders with OEM partners. Assist in monitoring stock movements to help maintain healthy inventory levels.

• Perform regular data entry and assist in monitoring KPIs, such as forecast accuracy and supplier lead-time performance, ensuring all planning databases are up to date.

• Assist in consolidate and distribute daily sales reports to the management team, ensuring timely updates on performance against targets and highlighting any immediate discrepancies.

• Asist in coordinate with logistics providers to track shipment status and prepare necessary shipping documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance and vehicle delivery.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or general business operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in the automotive or FMCG sectors are welcome to apply.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. A proactive learner who can manage administrative tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
