About the role:
This role sits within the National Sales team and supports Subaru Australia by delivering comprehensive administrative assistance. It provides key support to both internal stakeholders and external customers across sales and aftersales functions.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales reporting and dashboards, including the monthly Order Bank, daily and weekly sales results, and other core retailer performance metrics.

Manage national program administration and compliance, including Service Loan Cars, demos, aged stock, VIN processes, retailer training, and fleet/government sales reconciliation.

Support end‑to‑end retail campaign execution, covering budgeting, administration, performance analysis, and post‑campaign reviews.

Coordinate advertising policies, distribute audit results, process administration fees, and support Distribution Certified Used Car program activities.

Assist with transformational projects—such as Sales Standards, mystery shops, and marketing/sales trackers—along with process improvement and management of shared operational inboxes.

Lead and support event management activities, including planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination, with occasional travel required for events, retailer engagement, onsite visits, and training.
About You

Hold a valid state/territory driver’s licence and demonstrate exceptional planning, execution, multitasking ability, strong customer centricity, high attention to detail, accountability, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Experience working in the automotive sector, managing difficult customers and performing effectively in high‑pressure environments (desirable).

Demonstrated strong business acumen and the ability to support operational and customer-facing tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
