About the job:
The Parts Pricing & Systems Specialist develops and manages pricing strategies for genuine parts, ensuring market alignment and margin optimization. They maintain system accuracy, support user competence, and collaborate across OEMs to align strategies, requiring strong communication and influence for effective implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement pricing structures for genuine parts and accessories, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Maintain and update pricing systems, ensuring accuracy across ERP, DMS, and dealer platforms.
- Coordinate timely pricing inputs for new product launches, campaigns, and service programs.
- Benchmark pricing against competitors and conduct analysis to identify margin opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing with business objectives and support gross profit targets.
- Provide pricing support, training, and reporting to internal and dealer staff, ensuring system proficiency and data accuracy.
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in automotive pricing, product management, or commercial analysis, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Working knowledge of ERP and DMS systems (e.g., SAP, Pentana) and understanding of parts supply chain, logistics, and retail pricing models.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence in their state, territory, or country of residence.
- Commercial mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, with desirable experience in OEMs, importers, or large dealership groups.
