About the role

Talent Acquisition is an important part of how we build high-performing teams and support the continued growth of our business.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, you will support every stage of the hiring process, from role briefing and attraction strategy through to candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help deliver a proactive and high-impact recruitment service while contributing to employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development and continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including role briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to develop effective attraction and sourcing strategies.

  • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals and targeted sourcing.

  • Conduct candidate screening and present strong shortlists to Hiring Managers.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and keep stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage pre-employment checks including references, police checks, medicals and VEVO checks.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and Talent Acquisition projects.

 

About you

You are an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with Hiring Managers.

You bring strong stakeholder management capability and take pride in delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You are comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an internal Talent Acquisition or high-volume environment.

  • Strong sourcing capability, including building talent pools and pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and online job platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous but not essential.
