Our Logistics team is seeking an Administrative Supervisor Hub Center to join our team in Inchcape Panama. In this position you will supervise administrative operations at the Inchcape Hub Center, focusing on inventory control, invoicing, and the control tower, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support to operational activities.
What you’ll do
- Oversee Control Tower activities to monitor inventory movements and operational flows within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP and support inventory audits.
- Manage invoicing processes for local and re-export operations in the Free Zone.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Supervisors to ensure alignment of administrative and operational processes.
- Monitor compliance with internal procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on operational and administrative metrics for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to administrative processes and control.
- Assist in coordination with customs, finance, and logistics teams as required.
- Supervise and support administrative staff assigned to control tower, invoicing, and documentation.
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll be
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience supervising administrative or control operations (minimum 3–5 years).
- Experience in inventory management, documentation control, and invoicing.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and office tools.
- Familiarity with Free Zone regulations and basic customs procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
