Our Finance department is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Wanaherang Plant. 

 

What you'll do: 

◻Responsible for process planning of assembly for all models.
◻Ensure that assembly process has fulfilled the standard from OEM.
◻Plan the layout, control plan, tools, facility, equipment including program and software of production assembly for all models.
◻Plan and ensure the material allocation (including consumption material) for assembly line.
◻Plan and prepare the working instruction for production assembly for all models.
◻Coordinate and ensure the implementation of regular and irregular alteration related to jigs, fixture, tools, assembly document, consumption material, and equipment changing in the documentation system and distribute it to the production line.
◻Plan and ensure the required jigs/equipment/tools for assembly line based on company standard.
◻Plan and ensure the needed manpower and standard hours for production assembly.
◻Manage and maintain the validity of assembly document.
◻Fulfill the continuous improvement to achieve efficiency & effectiveness in production line.
◻Coordinate and organize problem solving analysis for axle assembly line.
◻Ensure that the working result is correct before delivered to the next process or customer.
◻Cross function department coordination

 

About you:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in working in automotive company as process planner assembly vehicle
  • Basic education is mechanical engineering/Industrial engineering/mechatronic
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
  • Coordination & negotiation skills
  • Initiative and has problem solving skills
  • Confidence and posses the capacity to express ideas clearly
  • Technical competence (tool, equipment, tightening, safety relevant, ergonomic issues)
  • A pro-active attitude
  • Language : English (must) & Mandarin (would be advantage)
  • Software with intermediate level : MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access)
  • Software: AutoCad, 3D Design
  • Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and Eco Industry
