Our Vehicle Sales Team is seeking an Executive, Value Chain Operations to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you’ll do

  • Create power app ticket & update vehicle information to Retail Inventory file & Refurbishment file.
  • Assist ICPO Aftersales team to analyses repair quotation from internal/external vendors.
  • Monitor & oversees the whole refurbishment progress for all vehicles & to ensure that all repairs or replacement jobs are completed within the stipulated time and accordance to what is required.
  • Arrange for car grooming vendor to vehicle & ensure vehicle is up to Preowned standard before deploying to showrooms.
  • Perform final quality check before sending preowned cars to showroom.
  • Collaborate with Aftersales team on ad-hoc jobs during final quality check & update to CPO share file for follow up in future.
  • Prepare delivery kits, spare key, owner’s manual to Preowned Sales Team.
  • Coordinate refurbishment works with internal/external vendors and provide timely updates on the progression for all vehicles.
  • Coordinate with SC and aftersales to settle customer requirement when order closed before handover.
  • Handle cars issues (feedback to SC from customers) after customer collected car.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.


About you

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in automotive operations, aftersales, refurbishment, or supply chain (relevant internships also considered).
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Power Apps or ERP/ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage vendors and ensure timely refurbishment and delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to update and maintain accurate inventory and refurbishment records.
  • Familiarity with vehicle repair, grooming, and quality standards preferred.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with sales, aftersales, and external partners.
