About the role:
You’ll support a smooth, timely delivery experience for retail and fleet customers while ensuring a compliant fleet management process. Working closely with your team and key stakeholders, you’ll help achieve targets, deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, and represent our brands with passion and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement by embracing new ways of working, challenging the status quo and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

  • Build strong relationships with Delivery Managers, Retail Centre Managers, Stock Control and Sales to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery operations across all sites.

  • Maintain exceptional communication, keeping all teams and customers informed with accurate, timely updates that enhance the customer delivery experience.

  • Deliver operational excellence through accurate documentation, compliant deal packs, precise invoicing, correct vehicle registrations, and high‑quality administrative processes.

  • Lead with a customer‑first mindset—managing enquiries professionally, supporting seamless handovers, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding Inchcape experience.

  • Contribute positively to the Inchcape culture by knowing your role, supporting your team, seeking self‑development, and enjoying being part of a high‑performing environment.

 

 About you:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, along with confidence building positive relationships with suppliers, customers or fleet partners.

  • Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, staying organised, and working in a retail environment that continues to evolve and grow.

  • A full driver’s licence and willingness to visit other sites when needed; experience working with OEMs is a bonus but not essential.

  • Brings enthusiasm for the automotive space, enjoys learning from others, and can support teams through periods of change with a positive, people‑focused approach.
