Inchcape is seeking an experienced People Services Coordinator to join our Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the employee lifecycle is managed seamlessly through maintaining data integrity and providing outstanding generalist HR administration support.

About the Role

Reporting to the People Services Manager, this role provides administrative support across Australasia. You will play a key role in providing timely and accurate HR administration, ensuring a positive experience for our employees and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generation of employment contracts, variation letters, and salary review documentation.
  • Maintaining employee data integrity in our internal HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing onboarding and off-boarding processes, including pre-employment checks and compliance training.
  • Partnering with People Business Partners to ensure legal compliance with casual conversions and enterprise agreements.
  • Administering service recognition programs, VEVO checks, and commission plans.
  • Providing reports on employee data, birthdays, service anniversaries, and workforce insights.
  • Managing incentive claims for Apprentices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including People Business Partners, Payroll, HSE, and Learning & Development.
  • Adhere to workplace health & safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

 

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric and professional approach to building relationships.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A Certificate in Business, Human Resources, or Administration - desirable
