Atkins Kroll is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead commercial performance across Sales and Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP). This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and market leadership across Guam, Saipan, and Palau.
The Sales Director will work closely with the VP/GM, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to translate business strategy into effective local execution while building a high-performance and collaborative culture.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and alignment with corporate objectives across Guam, Saipan, and Palau.
- Lead Sales and Marketing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and develop go-to-market strategies based on market trends and business opportunities.
- Drive the S&OP process by aligning sales forecasts, demand planning, inventory, supply chain, capacity, and service levels.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business results.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L performance while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional process enhancements.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, succession planning, and talent development.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership experience in automotive, dealership operations, OEM, sales, or related commercial environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, and business transformation capabilities, including P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills with a strong focus on customer and business results.
