Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Parts QC & Inventory Controls Administrator to join our Parts team. In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, support warehouse quality control processes, and ensure operational compliance across the Parts Department. You will work closely with warehouse operations and Parts Administration to support inventory integrity, process improvements, and efficient day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

  • Perform inventory quality control checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor warehouse organization, bin locations, labeling, and inventory movements to ensure operational consistency.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged or obsolete stock, and support corrective actions and documentation.
  • Support receiving verification, returns, warranty claims, inventory audits, and annual physical inventory activities.
  • Assist with inventory reporting, administrative documentation, cashier coverage, and customer support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory controls, warehouse processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Support departmental compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional coursework in business administration, inventory management, supply chain, accounting, warehouse operations, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, cashiering, inventory control, warehouse operations, finance support, or dealership operations preferred.
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation, documentation control, or operational administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
