What you'll do:

 

Responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories for multi brand. Ensures accurate stock management, operational efficiency, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supports the overall supply chain performance to meet business objectives.

 

Warehouse Operations Management
•    Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.
•    Maintain optimal warehouse layout and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in handling goods.
•    Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments, including goods receipt, delivery notes, and stock transfers.
•    Oversee inventory movements to support production schedules, sales demands, and aftersales requirements.


Inventory Control & Accuracy
•    Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy in line with company standards.
•    Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
•    Ensure inventory systems (ERP/WMS) are updated in real-time with accurate data.


Compliance & Safety
•    Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
•    Implement and maintain proper storage practices, including hazardous materials handling where applicable.
•    Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and documentation.


Process Improvement & Efficiency
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
•    Implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging technology and data-driven solutions.


Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
•    Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams (Importation, Vehicle Preparation Center, Aftersales) to ensure smooth operations.
•    Provide timely updates on warehouse performance, stock availability, and operational issues to the Senior Operations Manager.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•    Proven experience with ERP/WMS systems and warehouse process optimization.
•    Track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy and supporting high-volume operations.
•    Familiarity with lean warehousing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•   5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
•   Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse processes, and stock control methods.
