Head of Logistics (freelance)

The Head of Logistics (ad interim) is in charge of all logistics operations for vehicle, parts & accessories for the brand Toyota and Lexus to ensure seamless, efficient and qualitative warehousing, delivery and distribution to our dealer networks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all service activities.
• Manage and optimise daily operations of the automotive products warehouse, ensuring qualitative infrastructure and resources.
• Act as liaison between all stakeholders (constructor, dealerships, logistic hub and other external supplier).
• Optimize dealership network service levels based on forecasting analysis.
• Manage warehouse personnel and budget efficiency.
• Contribute to investments and lead ongoing projects.
• Serve as logistics contact between other departments if needed.
• Coordinate vehicle adaptations and logistics for Zeebrugge hub.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in logistics systems, stock management, and warehouse equipment (SAP).
• Solution-oriented with pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Creative thinking to enhance service and process.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, knowledge of second language needed.

Duration : 6 month freelance contract
